- How Can I Track My Order?

Once your product is dispatched, we provide you with all your tracking information by email. To track your parcel, you simply need to copy and paste your tracking number in Our "Track Your Order" Page

- How do I find my Order ID?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. It will contain all the details you need about your order including your order ID starting with "#WB....".

In case you didn't get your confirmation email, kindly check your spam folder. Otherwise, our customer support team will gladly assist you.

 

- Can I change my shipping addresses?

In order to optimize for the best delivery time for you, your orders are automatically fulfilled within the following hours of your purchase. That said, we will not be able to change your delivery address after confirming your order.

To ensure the best delivery times for Wairby customers. Wairby works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you. 

We can ship all over the world.

The United States, United Kingdom And Canada are our main customers. Besides these countries, we have customers from Australia, Norway,, Germany,Denmark, Hungary, Romania, Italy, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Netherlands, Poland, Finland, Ireland, Mexico, Sweden, New Zealand, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Brazil etc.

This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra peace of mind.

Our delivery time takes between 7 days and 3 weeks Depending on where you are Worldwide . This period may get extended due to the pandemic. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!

We Offer Free Shipping for all Our Orders worldwide.

 

- Processing & dispatch times
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 working days after ordering, and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

  

- Shipping Rules & Restrictions :

You can only add one address per order.

If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place multiple orders.

There may be a slight delay in your shipping during holidays, only due to the overload capacity of your local postal service.

You might receive your order in separate parcels depending on which warehouse the item is located.

 

-Lost or non delivered items :

For your lost or undelivered items, our team will be there to assist you. Kindly contact our help centre to assist you and get your parcels.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Wairby.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address. 

 

- Stolen Items: what if I never received the item?

If your tracking number shows that your product is delivered, and you didn't find it. We suggest that you contact your local authorities or post services. We regret to say that we are not responsible for stolen items, in such a case.
