Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

All orders can be cancelled within 24h , unless they are processed and shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us as soon as possible. We accept 24h notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us. We're available 24/7 at support@wairby.com. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Note : We do not accept reasons such as.. ("I've bought the wrong item"), ("I've found it cheaper elsewhere"), ("I've changed my mind and decided not to get this"), ("I wanted to give as a gift but I've found out my friend actually already gotten one"), ("I've bought this by accident") or other similar reasons.

RETURNS:

Wairby has a 14-day return policy. After receiving your product if you are unsatisfied within the 14-day window, please contact our 24-hour support staff at Support@wairby.com to receive the return address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • You will be responsible for paying/refunding your shipping costs for returning your item to us.
  • If you are shipping an item over 75GBP, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • wairby will issue the refund as soon as the product(s) has been received. A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing before the refund appears. 
  • This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If a product is damaged due to our error,  please contact our 24-hour support team at Support@wairby.com 

Sale items (if applicable):

  • Unfortunately, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items will not receive a refund.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):

  • We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@wairby.com and you will be given the return address to send your product to. 
  • You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item to us.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
